Lucca Comics & Games 2026: dates, LEGACY and how to experience the festival
Comics meets gaming and cosplay in the streets of Lucca. In 2026 the festival celebrates sixty years.
Sixty years of shared stories
Lucca Comics & Games returns from 28 October to 1 November 2026. The LEGACY theme accompanies the festival's sixtieth birthday and invites us to think about what stories leave behind for those who read, play and share them. Comics, manga, games and cosplay are different ways of inhabiting the same imagination.
A visit to build on the map
The peculiarity of Lucca is the relationship with the city: travel is part of the experience. Our advice is to choose a few essential events, consult the locations on the official map and leave time between one stop and another. A meeting with an author and an afternoon dedicated to games require different rhythms.
The collector's notebook
Before your visit you can note the missing volumes, the editions you are looking for and the dimensions of the figures you would like to display. Photographs of the packaging and notes on the manufacturers help you compare the objects calmly. For program, access and ticketing, use the organization's links.
